General website privacy This page describes the management rules for the www.as-partners.it website with reference to the processing of users' personal data. This privacy statement on the processing of personal data is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Law Decree n. 196/03 (hereinafter referred to as "Privacy Code") for the users of services provided through our website. Holder of personal data The holder of personal data related to identified or identifiable subjects following visits to our website, is company A+S Partners at its registered office in Carpi (Mo). Data processing place and purpose Processing related to this site's web services takes place within specialised outsourced companies and content is checked by A+S Partners employees/consultants. No data from the web service are communicated or disclosed to third parties. Personal data provided by users entering a request for services are used solely to provide the services required and are not communicated to third parties, unless communication is imposed by law or strictly required to fulfil their demands. Types of processed data - Navigation data During their normal operations, IT systems and software procedures regulating the functioning of this website acquire a number of personal data, whose transmission is implied in the use of internet communication protocols. These information are not collected to be associated to identified subjects, but - owing to their intrinsic nature - could allow the identification of our users through processing and associations with data owned by third parties. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by people visiting our website, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, request times, methods used to submit requests to the server, the size of response files, numeric codes indicating the status of responses provided by the server (success, error ..) and other parameters related to users' operating systems and IT environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to check proper functioning thereof, and are immediately deleted after processing. Data may be used to assess accountabilities in the event of IT damage to the website. Data voluntarily provided by users Optional, explicit and voluntary transmission of email messages to the addresses contained in this website entails subsequent acquisition of senders' addresses in order to reply to queries, as well as of any other personal data inserted in the original message. Data processing Personal data are processed by automatic IT tools, for the duration necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they have been collected. Rights of data owners Data owners enjoy the rights listed in art. 7 of the Privacy Code, i.e.: 1. obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data, even if not yet registered, and clear communication thereof. 2. obtain an indication of: a) the origin of personal data; b) processing purpose and method; c) rules applied in the case of processing by electronic means; d) identification of the owner, responsible staff and appointed representative pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2; e) identification of individuals or groups of individuals to whom personal data may be communicated or who may be informed about the data as appointed representatives in the territory of the State, be they directly or indirectly responsible. 3. obtain: a) an update, correction, or - if necessary - integration of data; b) deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in breach of the legislation, including those whose storage is not required with respect to the purpose for which they have been collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that operations under a) and b) have been communicated - even in terms of content - to those to whom data have been sent or disseminated, except cases when such communication is impossible or entails the use of disproportionate means with respect to the right to be protected. 4. oppose, wholly or in part: a) the processing of personal data, albeit relevant to collection purposes, for legitimate reasons; b) the processing of personal data to send advertising material or for direct sale, as well as for market research or commercial communication. The subject may enter a formal request with the processing authority, as above identified.
